Explore Courageous Living
One Day Workshop
November 23, 2020
Hosted and facilitated by Dr. Carolyn Anderson

Where would you like to live more bravely and more authentically?
In your relationship? As a parent? At work? As a friend?
What does it mean to fully show up in our lives - to be brave, to lean into vulnerability, and to rumble with the challenges that come with living a daring life? In this one day workshop we will explore the topics that shape who we are and how we engage in relationships, including empathy, boundaries, shame resilience, vulnerability, and connection. Ultimately, this is about developing the daily practices that we need to navigate the journey from
"What will people think?" to "I am enough".
During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, lead.
Join us for a day of exploring vulnerability as an invitation to be brave. We will consider what holds us back and learn strategies that can free us to
Show Up Be Seen Live Brave
Investment in Yourself
