"discoverBRAVE" was created by Dr. Carolyn Anderson to provide a variety of opportunities to explore and discover a personal version of "brave" in your life.

The research and work of Dr. Brene Brown, is foundational in all workshops, groups,  retreats,  and personal counselling  offered by discoverBRAVE.

Carolyn invites you to join her in building a community of individuals and organizations who share a common language and desire to live wholeheartedly.

SHOW UP      BE SEEN        LIVE BRAVE™

The Daring Way™ is the organization that houses Brené Browns research and development.  The curriculum for The Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ workshops originated here.

In keeping with the Daring Way™ philosophy, discoverBRAVE believes that leaning into vulnerability, practicing courage, and building resilience skills requires that we address thought, emotion, and behaviour. This integrated approach helps people transform the way they live, love, parent, and lead.

All workshops, groups, retreats and individual counselling, at discoverBRAVE, are grounded in the research and philosophy emerging from Dr. Brené Brown's ongoing work around vulnerability, courage and authenticity.

This work is designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders, and it can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings.
